Smart algorithms and automated customer communication
Today, Kinetico schedules over 120 assignments per day using Movetex. The software takes travel times, working hours, and technician skills into account and optimizes routes using smart algorithms that minimize total kilometers.
On average, technicians complete 7.25 assignments per day, covering 140 kilometers and 2.4 hours of travel time. Thanks to Movetex route optimization, travel time has decreased by 15 percent, resulting in lower transportation costs and more assignments completed per day.
Customer communication is also fully digitized. Clients receive an invitation via SMS and email with a proposed appointment, which they can confirm or decline digitally. Responses are automatically processed in the schedule. Customers then receive a reminder of their appointment, significantly reducing missed visits.
