Manual planning caused frustration

“On average, we handle 100 to 150 deliveries per day, and during the busy season this rises to around 200,” says Dirk Bomans, Plant Manager Transport & Logistics at FenekO. “Planning all these deliveries was a huge challenge, especially because we wanted to make full use of our internal trucks and vans before involving external partners.”
